Foundation as Sunscreen
“July long our family spent four hours at the water park at Kenosee Lake. I diligently applied Green Beaver sunscreen to my body before I went. None to my face as I had my Pure Anada loose mineral foundation on and I wanted to put it to the test. The titanium dioxide minerals are supposed to reflect the sun’s harsh rays. At the end of the day, my body had a slight burn (oops – I forgot to reapply the sunscreen). My face had absolutely no burn and it usually burns easily! The end of my nose was only slightly pink. The foundation passed my test with flying colors – beyond my expectation! What assurance that gives on these hot summer days!”
