  • Nice deep purple

As other reviewers have said, this gives a nice smokey purple eye. I'd been combining it with the Harmony shade. I have golden hazel eyes, this does a nice job of bringing out the amber and gold in my eyes. The samples are generous and allow for several applications, so if you're at all curious it's worth trying a sample. Without eye primer, the colour is faded after about 6 hours, but still looks reasonable. My only wish is that this shade were available as a matte, since shiimmers can emphasize the "maturity" of my eyelids. The shimmer on this shade is not an issue, though.

This color is much darker than it looks on the preview image. But it is a beautiful color to line eyes or to create a smoky eyes look.

  • Great purple color for green eyes

I ordered this along with the Grape shadow. I thought this would be too much purple but it makes a great smoky eye for green eyes. It's subtle enough I could wear to work, but could probably layer more on for a darker eye at night. I used the Grape as a base shadow then used the Blackberry in the crease.
