This highlight is absolutely ideal for a subtle glow from within look. It can be used as a highlight on the cheekbones or bridge of the nose. It has a natural, "I have been on the beach but just for one hour" look. The most interesting feature of this highlight is its multitasking uses. I use this highlight as an eye shadow or as an eye shadow base. It mixes easily with other eye shadow colour to create new shades and give a sheen or a glow to the eyelid. I have also mixed it with various shades of blush and created some new shades. So, it can be layered, mixed, used as a highlighter or an eye shadow. It is also perfect to use on its own for a no make up day -- just a hint of flush for a healthy youthful look. It can give mature skin a healthy flush without accentuating texture or lines. My recommendation is to play with it to find out the best placement and intensity for your skin type and tone. The best tools would be a fluffy brush (so you can control the amount of product and start with light wash), and then layer as desired. I think a light handed sweep allows for the most natural look on the cheeks, but as an eye hadow you might consider a more intense application. Lovely and creative product.
