    If you cannot access your account: 

    Sadly when we transferred customers over to our new site, not all of them made the transfer successfully. However, all customers were successfully transferred into our Loyalty program. If you create a new account using the same email address as your previous account, the points will sync.

    Once you've created your Account, you can view your points balance by logging in and going to your Account information. If you select the 'Rewards' tab on the left, you can view your current points balance.

    For more information regarding our rewards program, please click here. When you select 'My Cart'  there will be the option to select a 'Rewards' drop down. Any eligible rewards will be displayed and you will have the option to 'Apply' to your order.
