Great Pretenders Superhero Tutu, Cape & Mask

The Super-Duper Tutu, Cape, & Mask Set is an AMAZING 3-pc set! The waistband is fabric wrapped for a nice finish & comfort (no scratching here). The emblem on the back of the capes is embroidered around the edges for a nice finish. The pink holographic cape is lined for a complete elegant finish.  There is a star and lightning bolt accents on the skirt with a small piece of round felt on the back to hold it securely to the tulle. The skirt has a peplum and two layers of tulle with a fantastic crinkle metallic bottom lining layer. The mask is double-sided and has a lightning bolt feature to match the set perfectly.
