Non-nano zinc oxide is a mineral-based UV filter with particle sizes greater than 100 nanometers. This means it remains on the surface of the skin rather than being absorbed into the body. It is widely regarded as a preferred option for both human health and coral reef ecosystems.

Celestial Glow was created with outdoor days in mind. However, Health Canada regulations do not permit us to use the term "SPF" or make sun protection claims, as this product is not registered as a natural health product.
