Bath & Beauty Boutique -  Customer Service Position

Part Time – Permanent – 2 to 3 Saturdays per month  With possible opportunity for additional seasonal hours.  

Location: Winkler, Manitoba (primary location for this role, but must be willing to travel to Morden boutique on occasion) 

Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience

Description of responsibilities 

  • Open and close the boutique according to daily procedures.  

  • Work confidently and responsibly both independently and alongside a team member.  

  • Provide friendly, personalized customer service by helping clients choose makeup and skincare suited to their skin type and needs.  

  • Develop strong knowledge of boutique products and ingredients in order to confidently educate and guide customers.  

  • Process purchases, including handling payments and completing point-of-sale transactions.  

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment through light daily housekeeping such as dusting shelves and mopping floors at the end of the day.

  • APPRECIATE THE NATURAL PRODUCT INDUSTRY - Our ideal candidate would have an appreciation for Pure Anada’s natural ingredient philosophy which would be essential to connect with our niche clientele. 

 

Physical demands: 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs 

  • Ability to move fixtures, shelves and décor throughout the store 

  • Ability to use a ladder 

  • Capacity to stand or sit for long periods  

 

Availability Requirements:  

  • Must be available to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month
