Tester Policies

Testers are necessary for in-store cosmetic sales. Experiencing beauty products in-person far exceeds online shopping in this category. Our goal is for you to provide you with everything you need to sucessfully display and sell Pure Anada products in your boutique. 

TESTER POLICY (April 2024)

FREE TESTERS: Testers are provided for FREE with the purchase of a retail collection. 

DISCOUNTED TESTERS: Testers will be available to purchase at 25% off the wholesale price (as needed) to replenish your displays and keep your cosmetic department appealing. 

Our testers are full size products marked as “not for resale”. 

We will be monitoring sales in this category and ask that testers are only purchased as needed. We keep our margins low so that Pure Anada can continue to be a brand with an accessible price point. If this policy is taken advantage of, it makes it difficult for us to continue offering an affordable product. As a business owner yourself, we trust you understand and thank you for your cooperation with us. 

SAMPLES: An alternative to full-size testers are our sample capsules. If you are a small retailer, this might be a better solution to offer your customers the opportunity to sample the product in-store. The sample capsule can be used hygienically as a "tester" in store (with multiple customers), or sold/given to the customer to take home for their personal use. 

MAINTAINING TESTERS

Implement hygienic practices when assisting customers to sample makeup. Use a clean brush or disposable wands and remind guests not to "double dip" into the testers. Watch Kristen offer valuable tips to ensure cleanliness at the makeup counter. 

Make tidying your makeup tester displays and washing your brushes part of the daily routine in your boutique. 

Please check testers on an annual basis to make sure they do not smell rancid. An unclean set of old testers is unappealing to customers.
