Canada and U.S.A: All orders over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING! Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
International: International orders will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to your country of destination. International orders will automatically be charged $15.00 for shipping upon checkout; this is generally the most economical shipping method (usually excludes tracking number). If more funds are needed to ship the order to your destination or you require a tracking number, we will contact you with options pertaining to your order.
Note: We only ship to countries which have reliable postal services such as Australia, Japan, the European Union, etc. If we feel shipping to your country would be too risky, we will let you know. We will still ship the order, but will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All of our shipping quotes DO NOT include customs, duties and taxes. Any such extra costs charged by your country will be your responsibility. You need to contact your customs office to find out what these might be.
Canadian parcels will be shipped Expedited (regular service) through Canada Post. Orders shipping to the United States or internationally will be shipped via USPS or Canada Post.
Missing or Lost Parcels: In the event your parcel is lost within the postal system, we are happy to look into compensating or replacing your order. However, please note that we are not responsible for missing or stolen parcels after they have been deemed delivered by the postal carrier, and we are unable to provide compensation, as the postal system is unable to compensate us in this situation.

For orders awaiting payment, please complete using the following steps:

- Lot into your account
- Choose "My Orders" and select 'View' next to the corresponding order number [[orderid]]
- Click "Pay Now" on the outstanding invoice and follow the steps to complete payment
- Payments that are not received within 2 business days of placing your order will be cancelled.
- Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed (to the email address you provide with your order) via Canada Post once the order has shipped. Not all orders will receive a tracking number - for example, when ordering samples, the order will be shipped by envelope with no tracking number.
- Upon receiving your order, please verify that the correct items have been received in good condition. Any order errors/damage must be reported within 3 weeks of placing your order.
We realize that shopping online for makeup can be a challenge! We provide inexpensive samples for most items on our website. Purchasing samples, prior to investing in a full size product minimizes the possibility of needing to make a return. However, in the event you purchase a product that does not work for your skin type or colour tone, you are welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. If approved, you will be provided with a refund in the form of a discount code that is equivalent to the original purchase price, minus the cost of the original shipping fee. You are also responsible to send the product back to us at your own expense. Note: samples purchased from our website are non-refundable.
*Samples & other brands (not Pure Anada) purchased from our website are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Procedure: Initiate the return process by logging into your Account. Under 'My Account' select 'My Orders.' Next to the corresponding Order Number, select 'View.' At the end of your order details, you can choose the 'Return items' icon. Fill in the corresponding fields and submit your Return Request. A Pure Anada rep will be in touch with you shortly thereafter. If the return has been authorized, please proceed by sending the product back to us. See address below. Please include the original invoice in the package, along with a note indicating the reason for your return. We are only able to refund the value of the product MINUS the cost of original shipping. Please know that if you received free shipping on your order (over $50.00), the cost we paid to send the order to you will be deducted from the refund amount (approximately $15-20). Your discount code will be provided once the product has been received.
Example scenario: You purchase a liquid foundation in the shade “Prairie Rose”, taking the risk of not ordering a sample first. The shade is far too light for your skin tone and you would like to return the product. Write the reason for your return on the enclosed invoice and send it back to Pure Anada. Once we receive your returned package, we will issue store credit for - $25.00 minus the original shipping fee ($12.00). You will have also paid to have the product shipped back to us – so keep in mind that returns are costly. It is well worth the time and expense to invest in several samples prior to purchasing the full size product.
Return Address: Please ship your product back to us with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive your package we will send an email confirmation within 1-2 business days, providing you with a discount code that will be equivalent to the refund value.

Allergic Reactions: Even though our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it is still possible to be sensitive to these plant and mineral based ingredients. For this reason, we highly suggest purchasing inexpensive samples prior to investing in the full size product. However, in the event you find you cannot use the product – please initiate a return using the procedure above.
Damaged Product: If your product is damaged during transit, please email us with photos within 3 business days of receiving your order ([email protected]). We are not responsible for products reported as damaged after this timeframe. Without this window of notice, we are unable to open a dispute with our shipping company (Canada Post).
Products damaged with daily use, including pressed powder products which can break when dropped, unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. Our lipsticks are also different than traditional formulas in that they do not contain silicone, therefore they may be less structurally sound. Care must be taken not to twist the bullet up too high when applying, as horizontal pressure can cause it to crack at the base. In the event this does happen, we suggest melting the bullet with a small flame (lighter) to adhere it back to the base.
Scented Parcels/Packaging: Upon receiving your Pure Anada parcel, you may notice the items and/or packaging carrying a lovely, lingering aroma as you remove them from the box. Please note this is due to the orders being processed and packed in the same facility our products are produced, many of them crafted with essential oils and natural flavours in the formulations. We have had the occasional customer express concern over this in the past, and realize it can be a problem for those who experience scent sensitivities. However, please rest assured the scent usually dissipates quite quickly when the items are left out in the open for a day or two!
If looking to initiate a return based on the scent associated with your parcel, please note that we are only able to accept returns on items that remain unopened, and returns must comply with the guidelines listed above.
