I love this powder. It has a very subtle luminous finish. You can apply it to set makeup but also to give an ever so subtle highlight on the cheeks, nose and temple. I tried it in strategic places first, but now I feel confident using more of it to give a livened up fresh look without worrying about too much sparkle or shine. There is no sparkle on the skin. It is a very playful product, worth trying out in different ways. I tried it before applying foundation, just a slight powdering, and I find it helps the foundation stay put and gives it a within type of glow. I have used it as a base for eye shadow and that works out well and adds that extra something. I would say it work on a wide variety of skin tones, but for very rich skin tones it might show up more as a highlighter. Worth playing with it to see how it shows up on your skin. Use a light hand and build up as you want, find out where it best looks on you. I had fun playing with it.
